Fiskars Decorative Edge Scissors in Clouds
Buttons in pink (3) and clear (1)
1⁄8"-dia. hole punch
Ink pad in lime green
Gel pen in green
Double-sided adhesive
Foam tape
Glue pen
Scissors, ruler, transfer paper, tracing paper, pencil,
sewing needle, hot glue gun
Instructions for Card
  1. Trace patterns onto tracing paper then transfer large heart onto Tinted Dawn cardstock. Use Decorative Edge Scissors to cut out.
  2. Transfer small heart onto Brooke Paisley patterned paper. Cut out. Transfer the bottom half of the small heart onto Brooke Narr Stripe patterned paper, cut out, and adhere onto bottom of Brooke Paisley heart. Use the sewing needle to pierce holes around the edge of heart. Use the green gel pen to connect the stitches. Center and adhere onto Tinted Dawn heart. Use glue pen to adhere Boutique Blush rickrack ribbon, covering the seam where the two papers meet.
  3. Adhere flower to left side of heart and horizontally adhere buttons (pink, white, and pink) across the card front as shown in project photo.
  4. Computer print “With Love” onto white cardstock. Trim to a 11⁄4" x 11⁄2" rectangle with rounded corners. Use lime green ink pad to antique around outside edges. Use foam tape to adhere to top right corner of heart.
  5. Tie a 71⁄2" length from pink satin ribbon into a bow. Use the hot glue to adhere to top left corner of the heart as shown.

With Love Tag

Follow the same instructions for the card to create the tag, referring to the project photo. Punch a hole in the upper left corner of the heart. Insert one end of pink satin ribbon through the hole and tie ends into a knot.
Trim ends evenly.
