* Only completed entry forms will be entered into the drawing. You may also print and mail your entry to: Paper Creations Magazine, Attn: Flower Soft Contest, 7 Waterloo Rd., Stanhope, NJ 07874. All entries must be postmarked no later than October 15, 2010. Winners will be announced in a future issue of Paper Creations and on the Paper Creations website.
You may also e-mail your entry. Include your name, email address, mailing address, name of your layout, and attach the image of your layout. Send email to contests@papercreationsmag.com.
