Cardstock in olive green and white
Daisy D’s Beacon Hill Collection Patterned paper in Bowdoin Street
Lockart Stamp Co. Stamp – Sunflower Watering Can
Clearsnap Ink pads in Chocolate, Coal Black, and Sandalwood
Copic markers
¼"-wide Ribbon in olive green
Brads in pewter, three
Photo anchor in pewter, one
Word Rub-on of choice – “Mom”
Paper Distresser
Small hole punch
Double-sided adhesive
Scissors, ruler, pencil
Instructions:
  1. Cut one 4¼" x 8½" rectangle from olive green cardstock, one 41/8" square and 1" x 1½" rectangle from Bowdoin Street patterned paper, and one 2¼" x 2¾" rectangle from white cardstock. Turn the olive green rectangle horizontally, score a vertical line down the center, and fold in half. Use the Chocolate ink pad to antique around the edges of Bowdoin Street square, then center and adhere onto card front.
  2. Use Coal Black ink pad to stamp Sunflower Watering Can image onto white rectangle. Use markers to color image. Use Paper Distresser to distress around the outside edges, then use the Sandalwood ink pad to antique around edges as shown. Punch a hole into three corners of stamped rectangle as shown in project photo. Insert a brad into each hole, bending prongs open on back. Measure 5/8" down from the fold and ½" in from the right side and adhere completed rectangle.
  3. Distress one long side of Bowdoin Street rectangle. Use Chocolate ink pad to antique around edges, then apply the rub-on word “Mom” centered as shown in project photo. Measure ½" down from the fold and ¾" from left side of card front and adhere word rectangle, overlapping stamped image rectangle as shown.
  4. Punch a hole in the upper left corner of the card front and adhere photo anchor over the hole. Cut a 5" length from ribbon and insert one end through the hole. Wrap around card front and tie ends into a knot on the front as shown. Trim ends evenly.
